The Filipino Christian Fellowship of Athens (FCFA) was founded in September 1984. Its members are from different denominational backgrounds from different parts of the Philippines but are united by their Christian faith. Seeking to help the Filipino overseas worker away from home, the FCFA seeks to serve as an extended family to its members by providing care, admonishing one another, and encouraging each other to be able to show and share the love that God has for each and everyone of us. All are welcome to join the FCFA activities that includes a praise and worship gathering every Saturday evenings, prayer meeting on Thursday evenings and home visitations for unchurched friends.

Forty years of laughter, arguments, tears, understanding, love and friendship has broadened our ministry. We have prayer meetings on Thursday evenings, Bible studies in Tingguian dialect, a CARE group in Tagalog, a Moms in Prayer group in Tagalog, visiting the sick, sharing a message of comfort to the grieving, encouragement to the helpless and sharing the joy of birthdays and thanksgivings. God has led us to St. Andrew's International Church which is our home church here in Greece. It is also a great privilege for us to get involved in its different ministries as we experienced the joy of fellowshipping with one another in Christ regardless of our nationality.
